Terms of Service
// LAST UPDATED: JULY 20, 2026
Risk Warning
Interacting with blockchain smart contracts involves substantial financial risks. Please ensure you fully understand the mechanics of cross-chain message passing and decentralized wallets before committing funds.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the StableBridge application, portal, or API routing contracts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are immediately prohibited from accessing the platform.
2. Eligibility & Access
You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from accessing financial products under the laws of your jurisdiction. StableBridge is not available to residents of restricted jurisdictions where cryptocurrency use or bridging operations violate local laws.
3. Bridge Services & Swaps
StableBridge coordinates stablecoin transfers between blockchain networks. Swaps are executed on-chain via smart contracts and cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded once validator confirmation is finalized. You are solely responsible for providing correct destination wallet addresses.
4. Protocol Fees & Slippage
StableBridge collects a flat 0.05% protocol fee on all transfers, in addition to gas network cost estimations. These amounts are automatically calculated and subtracted from your deposit payload. We are not liable for differences in final output amounts resulting from network slippage or exchange rate fluctuations.
5. Limitation of Liability
StableBridge is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all liability for software bugs, smart contract failures, validator node collusion, blockchain hard forks, or network attacks. You use our services entirely at your own risk.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the protocol association, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be settled exclusively in arbitration.
